Privacy Policy

The short version
PENDRA has no accounts, no login and no server of mine. Your progress stays on your device. I do not receive, store or sell any personal data about you. The only data that leaves your phone goes to Apple (for purchases) and to the advertising provider described below.
Who is responsible
PENDRA is developed and published by Osman Kose, an independent developer based in Türkiye. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to osmankose85@gmail.com.
What stays on your device
The game saves the following locally, using the operating system's standard app storage. None of it is transmitted to me:
- Level progress, stars and best scores
- Coin balance, owned items and equipped cosmetics
- Settings — sound, haptics and language
- A daily counter of how many rewarded ads you have watched
Deleting the app removes all of it. There is no cloud backup on my side and nothing to restore from me.
Advertising
PENDRA shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), a mobile advertising mediation service operated by Unity Technologies. To serve ads, the advertising SDK may collect and process:
- Device identifiers, including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you allow tracking
- Device and connection information such as model, operating system version, language and coarse location derived from IP address
- Interaction data — that an ad was shown, viewed or clicked
This processing is carried out by Unity as an independent controller. Their policy applies to it: Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
App Tracking Transparency
On first launch, iOS asks whether PENDRA may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, the IDFA is not shared and ads become non-personalised. The game works exactly the same either way — nothing is locked behind that permission. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Removing ads
The in-app purchase "Reklamsız / No Ads" removes interstitial advertising. Rewarded ads — the ones you choose to watch in exchange for coins or a help — remain available because they are opt-in by nature.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see and never receive your name, card number, billing address or Apple ID. The app only learns whether a purchase completed, so it can deliver the item.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What PENDRA does not do
- No account, no sign-up, no email collection
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDK
- No contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location access
- No selling or sharing of personal data by me
Children
PENDRA is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided such information through the advertising SDK, contact me and I will help you raise it with the provider.
Your rights
Because I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on my side to export or delete — uninstalling the app erases everything the game stored. For data held by the advertising provider, use the contact routes in the Unity policy linked above. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Türkiye, you keep your rights under GDPR and KVKK respectively; write to me and I will point you to the right controller.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it and the updated version is published here.

İlk açılışta iOS, sizi diğer şirketlerin uygulamalarında takip etmemize izin verip vermediğinizi sorar. Reddederseniz IDFA paylaşılmaz ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez. Oyun her iki durumda da birebir aynı çalışır; o izne bağlı kilitli hiçbir içerik yoktur. Cevabınızı Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
Satın almalar
Uygulama içi satın almalar tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür. Adınızı, kart bilgilerinizi veya Apple Kimliğinizi hiçbir zaman görmem. Uygulama yalnızca satın almanın tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığını öğrenir. İade talepleri için reportaproblem.apple.com.
Yapılmayanlar
Hesap yok, e-posta toplanmıyor, analitik veya çökme raporlama SDK'sı yok, rehber/fotoğraf/mikrofon/kamera/kesin konum erişimi yok, ve tarafımdan kişisel veri satışı yok.
Haklarınız ve iletişim
