Write to me
NOSLOW is made by one person. Every message reaches me directly and I answer all of them. I usually reply within a couple of days. In the game you also find this page under Settings → Support.
Reporting a problem
The more you can tell me, the faster it gets fixed. Useful details:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version, and the game version (shown at the bottom of Settings)
- Which level it happened on, or whether it was the daily level
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one
I paid but did not get my coins
The coin pack is consumable: the balance is added the moment the purchase clears, so it cannot be restored a second time. If a purchase went through and the balance did not move, write to me with the date and I will work out what happened.
NOSLOW+ is permanent, so it can be restored — open the STORE and tap Restore Purchases. Do this after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.
Refunds
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by me. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot issue refunds directly, but tell me what went wrong anyway — if something in the game caused it, I want to fix it.
How the daily level works
Everyone plays the same level each day. It is easy early in the week and harder towards Sunday. Play it as often as you like; only your best time counts. The level and the leaderboard reset at midnight UTC. Clearing it on consecutive days builds a streak that grows your coin reward.
If the leaderboard looks empty, it is usually Game Center rather than the game: check that you are signed in under Settings → Game Center.
Coins, thrust and ships
Coins come from new stars, PERFECT passes, the daily level and streak, chapter mastery and new records. When a jump is heading off the screen or into danger, the game slows down and THRUST appears: it costs coins and bends the ship to the nearest planet. Ships in the HANGAR are unlocked with coins and make thrust cheaper or free.
My progress disappeared
Progress is stored on the device only — levels, stars, times, coins, ships and the daily streak. There is no cloud save. Deleting the app, or restoring a phone from a backup that predates your progress, will lose it. Scores you already submitted to Game Center survive, because Apple holds those. If this happens to you, contact me — I cannot restore a save, but I can tell you what the game stored and where.
Turning off ads
NOSLOW+ removes the full-screen ads. Rewarded ads — continue, double coins, free coins in the store — stay available, because you decide whether to watch them. Nothing in the game is locked behind an advert.
You can also decline ad tracking entirely at the prompt on first launch, or later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game plays identically either way.

Bana yaz
NOSLOW'u tek kişi geliştiriyor. Hata bildirimi, satın alma sorunu, iade sorusu ve öneriler aynı adrese ulaşıyor; hepsini okuyorum ve genelde birkaç gün içinde yanıtlıyorum. Oyunun içinde bu sayfa Ayarlar → Destek altında.
Sorun bildirirken
Ne kadar çok şey anlatırsan o kadar hızlı düzelir. İşe yarayanlar:
- iPhone modelin ve iOS sürümün, oyunun sürümü (Ayarlar'ın en altında yazar)
- Hangi seviyede olduğu ya da günlük seviye olup olmadığı
- Ne olmasını beklediğin, onun yerine ne olduğu
- Varsa ekran görüntüsü ya da ekran kaydı
Ödedim ama Coin gelmedi
Coin paketi tüketilebilir ürün: bakiye satın alma tamamlanır tamamlanmaz ekleniyor, bu yüzden ikinci kez geri yüklenemiyor. Satın alma geçtiği hâlde bakiye değişmediyse tarihiyle birlikte bana yaz, ne olduğunu çıkarırım.
NOSLOW+ kalıcı bir ürün, dolayısıyla geri yüklenebilir — MAĞAZA ekranını açıp Satın Alımları Geri Yükle'ye dokun. Uygulamayı yeniden kurduysan ya da yeni bir cihaza geçtiysen bunu yap.
İade
Tüm satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeleri de Apple yürütüyor: reportaproblem.apple.com. Ben doğrudan iade yapamıyorum, ama sorunun sebebini yine de bana yazmanı isterim — oyundan kaynaklanan bir şeyse düzeltmek istiyorum.
Günlük seviye nasıl işliyor
Her gün herkes aynı seviyeyi oynuyor. Haftanın başında kolay, Pazar'a doğru daha zor. İstediğin kadar oynayabilirsin; yalnız en iyi süren sayılıyor. Seviye de tablo da UTC gece yarısında yenileniyor. Art arda günlerde bitirirsen bir seri oluşuyor ve Coin ödülün büyüyor.
Tablo boş görünüyorsa sorun genelde oyunda değil Game Center'da: Ayarlar → Game Center altından oturumunun açık olduğunu kontrol et.
Coin, itki ve mekikler
Coin yeni yıldızlardan, PERFECT geçişlerden, günlük seviye ve seriden, bölüm ustalığından ve yeni rekorlardan geliyor. Bir atlayış ekrandan dışarı ya da tehlikeye gidiyorsa oyun yavaşlıyor ve İTKİ çıkıyor: Coin harcıyor ve mekiği en yakın gezegene büküyor. HANGAR'daki mekikler Coin ile açılıyor ve itkiyi ucuzlatıyor ya da bedava yapıyor.
İlerlemem kayboldu
İlerleme yalnızca cihazda saklanıyor — seviyeler, yıldızlar, süreler, Coin, mekikler ve günlük seri. Bulut yedeği yok. Uygulamayı silmek ya da ilerlemenden eski bir yedekten dönmek bunları götürür. Game Center'a gönderdiğin skorlar durmaya devam eder, çünkü onları Apple tutuyor. Başına gelirse bana yaz — kaydı geri getiremem ama neyi nerede sakladığını anlatabilirim.
Reklamları kapatmak
NOSLOW+ tam sayfa reklamları kaldırır. Ödüllü reklamlar — devam, çift Coin, mağazada bedava Coin — durmaya devam eder, çünkü izleyip izlememeye sen karar veriyorsun. Hiçbir içerik reklam arkasına kilitlenmiş değil.
İzleme iznini ilk açılıştaki soruda tümden reddedebilir, sonradan Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsin. Oyun her iki durumda da aynı çalışır.
Gizlilik
Oyunun ne sakladığı ve reklam aracılığının ne topladığı gizlilik politikasında tam olarak yazıyor.
