Reporting a problem

The more you can tell me, the faster it gets fixed. Useful details:

• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• The wave you were on, and your runners' form and loop
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one

I paid but did not get my purchase

Both purchases, Lissaloop+ and Long Break, are permanent. Open Home → Store → Restore purchases to get them back, for example on a new phone. Long Break stretches the offline limit when the game opens, so it counts from your next time away.

If restoring does not fix it, write to me with the date of the purchase and I will work out what happened.

Refunds

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by me. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot issue refunds directly, but tell me what went wrong anyway: if something in the game caused it, I want to fix it.

My offline earnings stopped growing

While you are away, your runners keep earning at 40% of your average rate over the last few minutes, for up to 2.5 hours, or 12 hours with Long Break. After that the total stops growing until you come back and collect it on the home screen.

My progress disappeared

Progress is stored on the device only. Deleting the app, or restoring a phone from a backup that predates your progress, will lose it. There is no cloud save. If this happens to you, contact me: I cannot restore a save, but I can tell you what the game stored and where.

Ads

Lissaloop+ removes the full-screen ads. The rewarded offers (double offline earnings, breach insurance, a Guest Echo) stay your choice; with Lissaloop+ they come without the video but keep the same cooldowns. Nothing in the game is locked behind an ad.

You can decline ad tracking at the prompt, or later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game plays identically either way.

Leaderboard and achievements

Achievements are tracked in the game whether or not you use Game Center. The leaderboard needs you to be signed in to Game Center in Settings → Game Center.

Sorun bildirirken

Telefon modelin, iOS sürümün, hangi dalgada olduğun ve koşucularının formu ile döngüsü çok işe yarıyor. Ekran görüntüsü ya da kaydı varsa daha da iyi.

Ödedim ama ürünü alamadım

İki ürün de (Lissaloop+ ve Uzun Mola) kalıcı. Ana ekran → Mağaza → Satın alımları geri yükle ile geri alabilirsin, örneğin yeni bir telefonda. Uzun Mola, offline sınırını oyun açılırken uzatır; bu yüzden bir sonraki uzak kalışından itibaren geçerli olur. Düzelmezse satın alma tarihiyle birlikte bana yaz.

İade

Tüm satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeleri de Apple yürütüyor: reportaproblem.apple.com. Ben doğrudan iade yapamıyorum, ama sorunun sebebini yine de bana yazmanı isterim.

Offline kazancım artmıyor

Sen yokken koşucuların son birkaç dakikalık ortalama kazanç hızının %40'ıyla en fazla 2,5 saat (Uzun Mola ile 12 saat) kazanmaya devam eder. Sonrasında toplam, geri gelip ana ekranda alana kadar artmaz.

İlerlemem kayboldu

İlerleme yalnızca cihazda saklanıyor; bulut yedeği yok. Uygulamayı silmek ya da eski bir yedekten dönmek kaydı götürür. Kaydı geri getiremem ama ne sakladığını ve nerede durduğunu anlatabilirim.

Reklamlar

Lissaloop+ tam ekran reklamları kaldırır. Ödüllü teklifler (offline kazancı ikiye katlama, breach sigortası, Misafir Echo) her zaman senin seçimin; Lissaloop+ ile videosuz gelir ama bekleme süreleri aynı kalır. Oyunda hiçbir şey reklamın arkasına kilitli değil. İzleme iznini ilk soruda ya da sonradan Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden reddedebilirsin; oyun her iki durumda da aynı çalışır.

Sıralama ve başarımlar

Başarımlar Game Center'a girmesen de oyunda tutulur. Sıralama için Ayarlar → Game Center'dan giriş yapman gerekir.

Gizlilik

Oyunun ne sakladığı ve reklam sağlayıcısının ne topladığı gizlilik politikasında ayrıntılı olarak yazıyor.
