1. Introduction

NOSLOW ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our mobile application, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information we collect

NOSLOW has no account system, and we do not directly collect personal information. The following third-party services used in the app may process a small amount of data on their own:

• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) — The advertising mediation platform that serves the optional, in-run ads (revive, extra Daily Challenge attempt, double Ember). LevelPlay routes each ad request to one of several ad networks. Depending on the tracking choice you make below, these networks may use a device advertising identifier for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
• Apple Game Center — If enabled on your device, collects your Game Center player identifier and display name to power leaderboards (endless, daily, and per-arena boards). Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Apple In-App Purchases — Purchase history is processed entirely by Apple. We receive only a transaction result to confirm your purchase; we never see or store payment details.

3. Advertising and tracking

NOSLOW shows ads at a few clearly optional moments in the game, served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation. On first launch, iOS asks through the App Tracking Transparency prompt whether you allow tracking. If you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared and the ads you see are not personalised from your activity in other apps. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game plays identically either way.

You can remove interstitial ads by purchasing NOSLOW+. The optional rewarded ads (revive, extra Daily Challenge try, double Ember) remain available either way, since they are always your choice and no content is locked behind them.

4. In-App Purchases

NOSLOW offers optional in-app purchases: Ember packs (500 / 1,600 / 4,000 Ember) and NOSLOW+ (removes interstitial ads). All transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card or billing information.

5. Children's privacy

NOSLOW is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Data retention

We do not run our own servers and do not store your gameplay data ourselves. Best scores, unlocked cosmetics, mission progress, and Ember balance are stored locally on your device and are removed when you delete the app. Data collected by LevelPlay and its ad networks, Game Center, and Apple is subject to their own retention policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data held by third-party services. Please refer to their privacy policies:

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
