Privacy Policy — Cosmos Jumper

1. Introduction

Cosmos Jumper ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our mobile application, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address or any account. Your game progress (coins, rescued crew, levels, settings) is stored only on your device. The following services used in the app may collect data:

• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) — the advertising mediation that serves the ads. Depending on your App Tracking Transparency choice (section 3), the ad networks it works with may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), usage data and approximate location for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
• Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous gameplay events that help us balance the game: when a run starts and ends, score and obstacles reached, zone, continues, boss and gauntlet results, items used, crew rescued and upgraded, coins spent, pilot switches and tutorials shown, notification choices, and whether the update notice was seen. It also receives basic device and app information (device model, iOS version, app version, country) and an app instance identifier. Analytics does not collect your advertising identifier, ad personalization signals are turned off, and this data is not linked to your identity or used for tracking.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — if the app crashes, a crash report is sent: the technical error, device model, iOS version, app version and a Crashlytics installation identifier. It is used only to find and fix bugs.
• Google Firebase Remote Config — the app downloads small settings from us (for example the text of the "new version available" notice). This uses a Firebase installation identifier.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — used only if you turn on News notifications. Your device then receives a push token so we can send occasional announcements (new crew, zones and updates). Nothing is registered until you opt in.
• Apple Game Center — collects your Game Center alias and score data to power leaderboards. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Apple In-App Purchases — purchase history is processed by Apple. We receive only a transaction receipt to verify your purchase; we do not store payment details.

3. Advertising and tracking

Cosmos Jumper displays ads served through Unity LevelPlay. On iOS you are asked, through the App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking. If you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalized from your activity in other apps. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by:

• Going to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disabling tracking for Cosmos Jumper.
• Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to remove all advertisements.

4. Notifications

Notifications are optional and off until you allow them. Reminders (for example when a crew member is ready to be rescued) are scheduled on your device by the app itself; no data leaves your device for them. News uses Firebase Cloud Messaging as described above. You can turn either off at any time in the game's Settings → Notifications, or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Cosmos Jumper.

5. In-App Purchases

Cosmos Jumper offers optional in-app purchases (Cosmos Coins bundles, Starter Pack, Remove Ads). All transactions are processed securely by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card or billing information.

6. Children's privacy

Cosmos Jumper is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Data retention

We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by Unity LevelPlay, Google Firebase, Game Center and Apple is kept according to their respective retention policies. Deleting the app removes the game data stored on your device.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data held by third-party services. Please refer to their privacy policies:

• Firebase Privacy and Security (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging)
• Apple Privacy Policy (Game Center, IAP)

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
